Dear employees of the Tourist Hotel!

We were at your hotel during the period from August 29 to September 6. We would like to thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. We live in the capital and usually vacation

we spend it in southern countries. We arrived in Kaliningrad for the first time.

Of course, impressions begin with the place of residence. We are very satisfied.

We settled in immediately. The room is clean, there is everything you need. I would especially like to mention the employee who works on the 5th floor of the hotel during this period of time.

My name is Natalia, very attentive and responsive. In general, the whole situation and the attitude of all service personnel disposes to a calm and peaceful rest. Thank you for your hard work!

Wonderful walks around the lake are also very wonderful! I would also like to mention a good excursion program. You have many wonderful and beautiful places.

If people live forever, can you imagine how much it will be possible to travel and see? And this is not fiction), this promise is written in the Bible. "The righteous will inherit the earth and live on it forever" (PSALM 37:29). What other opportunities this will open up for us. A happy, secure future surrounded by family and friends.

My son and I lived in the Tourist Hotel for 5 days in March 2022. We really liked it! The room is not big and not small, just right. The plumbing is impeccable, modern. There is a TV, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle..... Bottled water every day. Our room was cleaned by a very friendly girl, friendly. Although we arrived earlier than the hour of check-in, we were settled immediately, thank you so much for this attitude. Swedish breakfasts are on the level: there are porridges, vegetables, fruits, juices, and fermented milk drinks in the assortment, and we tried local dishes! In my opinion, baking is not enough, since I am a lover of buns and pies. Although there were oatmeal cookies and more tubes for tea. The location of the hotel seems to be considered remote, although we did not feel it: a wonderful promenade for walking - here it is, under the windows! And we quickly got to the center by bus. Our excursions started from the courtyard of the hotel, very convenient. Once again, many thanks to the hotel staff.

We stayed at the hotel from March 25 to March 29, 2020. I liked the hotel, the room is small but comfortable (305).The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is good, delicious. The staff is friendly, thank you.
